Music lessons
Students involved in the Concert Band program are offered fully-subsidised tutoring in their chosen instruments by specialist tutors. Opportunities for this tutoring will also be open to a number of upper primary students.
We are excited to offer this program not only because of the benefits to students’ musical ability, but also as scientific research has shown that studies in music from an early age have been shown to assist in students development in other areas, such as concentration, memory, self expression and cognitive skills.
