NORTHERN TERRITORY
Our Northern Territory Trip is fast approaching! Students who are travelling on this year’s Central Australia Trip are in for an exciting 12-day journey across the heart of our beautiful country. Visiting natural wonders such as Uluru, Kata Tjuta, The Valley of the Winds and Ubir Rock we aim to show our travellers just how blessed we are to live in a place with such magnificent scenery. Students will also take a cruise on the famous Yellow Waters and Katherine Gorge, visit with crocodiles and camels and, for the first time in the trip’s history, visit a local Aboriginal Community. We are very excited to set off and explore the historical, cultural and environmental magic that exists in our very own backyard. Keep your eyes on the blog for daily updates and photos!

JAPAN
Year 10 students attending the 2016 Japanese Immersion Trip have been making final preparations for the upcoming overseas excursion. The group is looking forward to visiting Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Tokyo on this trip of a lifetime. During their stay, students will have the opportunity to participate in a lantern ceremony in the historic city of Hiroshima where they will be visiting the Peace Park and Memorial Museum. In Kyoto, they will learn the history of the country while at the same time experiencing the delights of a very modern city. In Tokyo, highlights will include attending a Japanese high school for a day, visiting shrines and palaces and embracing their inner “child” in Tokyo Disneyland. Food, friends and a fantastic itinerary will greet these excited travellers as they immerse themselves in the delights of this beautiful country.
