All Schools Cross Country

We had only the one student compete in the Secondary All Schools Cross Country this year. Our Year 7 female student completed the course in an impressive 13:45, finishing strongly in 16th place out of 154 participants.

At the Primary All Schools Cross Country, our seven students all rose to the challenge. Every student performed exceptionally well, with five of our runners placing in the top 20.

STCPSSA Carnival

The STCPSSA Carnival officially marks the end of the Year 3–6 Cross Country season. After being postponed due to inclement weather, our team finally had the opportunity to compete in their second inter-school carnival on Friday, 26 June.

The weather was perfect, with multiple students finishing in the top 10.

SSATIS Cross Country

A friendly reminder that the postponed SSATIS Cross Country Carnival will now be held on Thursday, 30 July, during the first week of Term 3.

For students who would like to challenge themselves again, the 2026 Tasmanian Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday, 25 July, at Pontville Recreation Park. Please note that we do not receive information about this event directly, so families are encouraged to monitor the Athletics Tasmania website for further details.
