Year 7 Camp Teaser
Year 7 Camp provides students with a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships with both peers and teachers within their house groups. Each house spent two days and one night at Fortescue Bay, participating in a range of activities designed to build resilience and develop teamwork.
This year, students were met with challenging weather conditions; however, they approached the experience with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. On the first day, most groups completed the challenging but rewarding walk to Cape Hauy. Due to poor weather conditions, Bosco House instead completed an alternative walk to Canoe Bay.
The second day of camp was spent participating in Stand-Up Paddleboarding with Coastrider Surf Academy and Beach Rafting with Aardvark Adventures. These activities encouraged students to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and work together as a team, rounding out a highly successful and memorable camp experience.
