Year 9 Retreat
As part of their Year 9 Retreat, students explored the theme 'Called to Serve', preparing them for their important role as senior students in Year 10.
Aligned with this year’s Salesian Strenna, 'Believers, Free to Serve', the retreat encouraged students to reflect on the meaning of leadership through service. Through prayer, discussion and personal reflection, students examined the Gospel story of Jesus washing the feet of His disciples, recognising His example of humility, compassion and selfless service. Students were challenged to consider how they can become servant leaders within the school community, using their gifts and talents to support and inspire others.
