SYDC weekenders

Last weekend, the Salesian Youth of Dominic College welcomed new members at a formation retreat. Youth Mentor Lisa McConnon led the students in fun games and creative activities and Fr Peter led the group in the evening prayer.

New members signed a ‘values agreement’ that includes such virtues as honesty, care for the environment, respect of others and a positive and constructive outlook on life. Future events were planned, such as community outreach and fundraisers to help the Salesians in Samoa.
