DOSA Wine Offer launched

To celebrate the 75^th anniversary of the arrival of the Salesians in Glenorchy, the Dominic Old Scholars Association has teamed with the Tamar Valley’s Holm Oak Vineyards to produce three DOSA 2021 celebration wines.

DOSA Pinot Gris: This wine has lifted floral aromatics, underpinned by typical pear characters. The palate is rich and soft but finishes with fresh acidity.

DOSA Pinot Noir: A powerful and complex Pinot Noir that has fantastic purity and texture. Cherry and spice characters dominate the nose while the palate is silky and rich with fine tannins.

DOSA Pinot Noir Chardonnay: Made from 50% Pinot Noir and %50 Chardonnay, this is a crisp but textural style of sparkling. Green apple and lemon characters are dominant on the nose, with underlying buttered toast notes adding complexity. The palate has a velvety texture and finishes clean and dry.
