Sacrament of Confirmation and First Communion

Congratulations to Dominic students and their families who have made the wonderful, life-giving commitment in their lives: Ashley Cruse, Taylor Cruse, Ella Freeman, Joseph Gillie, Oliver Nicolle, Hamish Wareing, Kate Young, Kirrawyn McNamara, and Benjamin Matthew.

These students have been attending classes and learning many aspects of the Catholic faith at St John's Glenorchy, and at Dominic College.

On Sunday, the St John's church was witness to a joyous and special occasion as Archbishop Julian Porteous, together with our four Salesian Fathers, Fr Lawrie Moate SDB, Fr Frank Bertagnolli SDB, Fr Nick Castelyns SDB and Fr Bob Curmi SDB celebrated Mass and welcomed these children into the life of the Church through the sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion.

Many staff and families watched proudly in support. Thank you everyone!
