School bus transport during the first week

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Dominic College has been advised that Metro, Redline & Creswell School Buses will be running as normal from Thursday 1 February.

Please note that as Metro will be running their service for Dominic College Students, the buses will be signed Dominic College with the route number on the first four days.

O’Driscoll Coaches advises that the Route 1782a student only service from New Norfolk to Dominic College will also resume on 1st February 2018.

Please note that the Route 139 service to and from Ellendale will not recommence until 7th February 2018.

Until 7th February students who normally catch the Ellendale bus will need to use the Route 138 Ellendale service to New Norfolk Central and transfer to the student only service in the morning and use the 1782a student only service from school in the afternoon and transfer to the Route 138 Ellendale service in the afternoon at New Norfolk Central. Bus drivers have been briefed on this change and buses will be held at Central to ensure connections are made.

As Dominic College does not have a direct relationship with Walker Coaches or Hilliard Christian School bus services, it is recommended that families who use these companies contact them to confirm the schedule for these days.
