Year 7-10 Parent and Teacher evening 4 May

It was very pleasing to see such a large number of parents attend 7-10 parent teacher interviews last night.

Our parent community is very engaged with their children’s education and our parents are committed to achieving the best educational outcomes for them.

Parent teacher sessions provide opportunities for our school community to stay connected with what their children are doing and achieving in the classroom.

Additionally parents gain valuable feedback from our teachers that can help them implement changes and provide encouragement at home that further support their child’s education. These interviews should also been seen as an opportunity to celebrate your child’s achievements.

Parents seemed pleased with the positive and constructive feedback they received from teachers and we strongly encourage all parents/carers to keep in regular contact with classroom teachers and discuss suggested strategies with their child.

We are here to work with you to assist your child in improving their learning so please don’t hesitate to contact our teachers.

If you were unable to attend last night’s session or if you would like to gain further feedback on your child’s progress, please don’t hesitate to contact subject or home teachers for an appointment.
