As the Facilities and Projects Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and development of the College's property and facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming. You will directly manage grounds and maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing service orientated team. Your role will involve developing and implementing a three-year property and facilities maintenance plan, aligning with the College's strategic goals. Ensuring compliance with the Building Act 2016, managing the College's asset register, and maintaining and improving emergency plans will be key responsibilities. You will lead procurement and contract management activities, securing value for money and high-quality outcomes.
