The College has a partnership with Custom Catering for the provision of our canteen services. Custom Catering is an experienced Tasmanian owned catering business based in Hobart and operate a number of school canteens.
Custom Catering partner with Flexischools to provide an online ordering platform for students and staff. Lunch orders for all Kinder to Year 10 students can be made through the Flexischools App.

Ensure you have entered the correct Year and Class for each child and that you have selected the correct date. It is important these details are correct as this will determine where the order is delivered or where it will be available for collection. Canteen staff cannot change these details and rely on the information that has been entered by the account holder.
Sushi orders must be placed by 5.00pm the day before delivery and all other orders need to be placed by 8.00am on the required day.
It is important to note that K-6 students do not have direct access to the canteen so all lunch orders for K-6 students need to be placed using the App.
Lunch orders for Year 7-10 students can either be placed using the App or they can access the canteen during morning recess and the lunch break.
The cut off time for cancelling orders is before 8.00am on the required day. Sushi orders must be cancelled prior to 5.00pm the day before delivery.
The canteen cannot provide refunds or cancel orders. Cancellations must be done by the account holder via the App.

Flexischools will credit your Flexischools account and the credit can be applied to your next order.
The canteen operates each school day (unless advised otherwise) and is open to students and staff during the morning recess break and the lunch break.
Cash and EFTPOS are accepted for over-the-counter purchases. All card purchases over the counter will appear on bank statements as ‘Custom Catering’. App purchases will appear on bank statements as ‘Flexischools’.
