2016 Fees
A reminder that the 2016 Fee Schedule, detailing the fees that will apply next year, is available from the College website or from the Business Office.

2016 TCEC Discount
Families with three or more children in any Tasmanian Catholic School are eligible for a fee discount. Families who wish to claim this discount but have not returned their TCEC discount form, are reminded to do so as soon as possible. Failure to return the form will result in full fees being charged.

2016 Payment arrangements
Further to our letter of 25 November 2015, we would like to remind our 2016 families to ensure they return their ‘Payment Arrangement and Direct Debit Request’ (if applicable) by no later than Monday 7 December 2015. If you do not return your form on time we will be unable to process your request prior to Christmas and this may mean having to choose an alternative payment frequency and/or payment method.

Fee statements
From next year, fee statements will be issued on first of the month (or next business day) from February to November in accordance with your nominated payment frequency. Fees will be due on the 21st of the month in which statements are issued.

We are also pleased to advise that fee statements will be emailed from next year, to the address we have on record. If you wish to update your email address, please contact the Business Office as soon as possible.

General Terms and Conditions
As per our previous advice, the College has made some changes to its General Terms and Conditions which will apply to all enrolments at the College from next year.

A copy of the new General Terms and Conditions is available from the College website or from the Business Office. We encourage all families to read our General Terms and Conditions for detailed information regarding our fees, conditions of enrolment and other obligations.
